Adam Coyle has spent over 25 years in the financial technology industry in a wide range of executive roles. Adam joined the management team at Digital River after spending three years at Siris Capital, where he is an executive partner and member of the Digital River board. Before joining Siris he was executive vice president of strategy and corporate development for Vantiv (now WorldPay), a role he assumed after serving as the president of one of Vantiv’s major subsidiaries, National Processing Company.

Adam’s prior experience includes three years as operating partner at Advent International, a leading global private equity firm, and a variety of senior leadership roles at First Data Corporation, including president of First Data’s Integrated Payment Systems group and general counsel for Western Union North America. He is a current director of Transaction Network Services and Intralinks, and a former director of FirstBank, Paymentech, NYCE and First Financial Bank.

Irina is leading Digital Sales at Kaspersky Lab. A highly skilled sales professional with a strong background in strategic user acquisition and new business development, she now focuses on developing team and partner structures to further accelerate Kaspersky Lab’s successful transition from a retail-focused antivirus company to a digital, new generation, cybersecurity brand.

Before joining Kaspersky Lab in 2011 she successfully led an e-commerce startup to break even within seven months. She held various roles in online sales before becoming Digital Sales Director in 2017. In this global role she balances global requirements with regional specifics and tactical needs, encouraging local solutions to global strategic challenges.

Marco Vergani joined Digital River as the general manager and vice president of EMEA in 2014. A 25-year veteran of pan-European sales operations, Marco leads the company’s global expansion strategy in the region and manages operations across Digital River Offices in the UK, Austria, England, Germany, Ireland and Russia.

Before joining Digital River, Marco held numerous senior executive roles at IBM, including vice president of European sales for the company’s Global Process Services division. There, he optimized resources and managed expansions across the marketplace, generating more than $1 billion in sales.

Prior to leading EMEA sales for IBM’s Global Process Services business unit, Marco managed IBM’s Retail Store Solutions division in EMEA, where he built distribution channels and partnerships across the region and led high-profile, point-of-sale solutions development initiatives. His IBM career also includes other significant leadership roles in Italy and the United Kingdom.

Martin Gill, VP and Research Director, leads the development of Forrester's digital business transformation research. His specific focus is on digital maturity, helping digital business leaders understand how to evolve their culture, organization structures, and staffing; their approach to technology investments; and their success metrics to advance their digital sophistication. He is based in the UK and covers global trends.

Martin joined Forrester from Boots, a major European health and beauty retailer, where he established and developed a business-aligned enterprise architecture function, delivering transformational strategies for a number of key retail areas, including boots.com, the Advantage Card loyalty scheme, and the retail and pharmacy store systems. Prior to that, he worked in a variety of roles at Egg.com, Europe's largest pure-play digital bank, ranging from mergers and acquisitions to new product development for both Egg and PruDirect.

Richard Moyles

Director of Ecommerce, Lenovo

Richard Moyles’ business career commenced in 2000 and since then he have been extensively involved in all aspects of many diverse businesses. Working within an Irish SME, through to founding and growing a start-up business employing six people and selling into both the Irish and UK markets. He has also worked with many start-up businesses advising and mentoring their development. He founded and managed the award winning digital ecommerce development company Nuadesign in 2008 and for four years worked across a diverse range of online projects specialising in ecommerce.

His current role is with Lenovo as their Director of Ecommerce. Prior to this role, Richard was responsible for the digital transformation of DID Electrical, a 50-year-old electrical retailer with 24 stores and over 300 employees in Ireland.

SVP, Digital Partnerships, Europe, Mastercard

David Dechamps is Senior Vice President, Digital Partnerships for Europe. In this role, he is responsible for the management and development of Mastercard’s with digital partners for the European markets. These include the smart phone payment partners, Google, Apple and Samsung. Prior to this, David Dechamps was the Benelux General Manager at Mastercard Europe. In this role he was responsible for all sales, marketing and operations in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, which included close cooperation with the financial institutions as well as developing new solutions for retailers and cardholders. Since he joined Mastercard in 2002, David held various positions as Head of Sales Products & Solutions and Vice President Prepaid Product Sales responsible for selling Mastercard’s prepaid solution across Europe. David has worked in the electronic payments sector for over 20 years. During that time he has worked for a bank, a vendor and a card scheme, giving him a valuable ability to understand the different perspectives in the payments industry. David came to Mastercard from the card manufacturer Gemalto, where he was marketing manager in the financial services sector for two years. He started his career as a product manager for an international cash management system at General de Banque (now BNP Paribas Fortis) in Belgium. David holds a degree in Commercial Engineering and a Masters in Telecommunications.
